Igniting the Spirit of Creativity!


Many clients and students ask me how I begin a piece of art work, where does the inspiration come from? All I can say is that I remember sitting in my back yard when I was 4 making "mud pies". I saw them as people, animals even cookies (I only tasted them ONCE!)
Ever since then I have had to have my hands busy creating , in clay, paint, wood, ink, metal, whatever, so maybe my inspiration comes from my hands. Maybe it comes from being outside in nature, I think it was always in my heart and I've trained my eyes and brain to make the connection. I don't think about the "why" of "how" anymore.
I just delight in the experiance of the "Creation"
